Welcome to DoRide! By using our online taxi booking and parcel delivery services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DoRide’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

DoRide provides two primary services:

1. Online Taxi Booking: Allows users to book taxis through our app.

2. Parcel Delivery: Allows users to send and receive parcels.

3. User Accounts

Registration

- Users must register and create an account to use our services.

- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Eligibility

- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

- By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Use of Services

Conduct

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
• You must not misuse our services or interfere with their operation.
• Harassment, abuse, or harm of any kind towards other users or our staff will not be tolerated.

Booking and Delivery

• You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations.
• You are responsible for ensuring that parcels sent through our service comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments

Fees

• Fees for rides and deliveries will be displayed in the app.
• All payments must be made through the app’s payment system.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies and potential fees will be outlined at the time of booking.
• Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may not be guaranteed.

6. Liability

Limitation of Liability

• DoRide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement will not exceed the total amount paid by you to DoRide in the past six months.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold DoRide, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these terms.

7. Termination

Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer service.

Termination by DoRide

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our services or other users.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

DoRide may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and app, and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Afghanistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Afghanistan.
